Privacy policy

Personal data from the calculator, quote requests and emails is processed by the operator of hledam-dopravce.cz as data controller; the operator’s details are on the Contact page. We use the data only to handle your request and carry out the shipment, on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligations. What data we process

Whatever contact details you give us – name, company, phone and email – via the calculator, a quote request or by email, plus shipment details: collection and delivery places, on-site contacts, description of goods and dates.

What we use it for

to prepare a quote and answer your question,
to book a carrier and arrange collection and delivery,
for invoicing and bookkeeping,
to defend legal claims, for example in a damage claim.

The carrier performing the shipment receives only what it needs for the job – addresses, on-site contacts and details of the goods. Public authorities receive data where the law requires it. We do not sell data or use it for marketing. Requests from the calculator are stored in the same controller’s enquiry system and are not passed to any other controller.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Data on completed shipments and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually 10 years.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies for visitors, which is why there is no consent banner. A technical cookie is used only for logging in to the site administration.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to dispo@hledam-dopravce.cz. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
