Call us on +420 722 311 499 or email dispo@hledam-dopravce.cz, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (Central European Time). We reply to quote requests within 30 minutes during office hours. If this is your first import, we are also happy to help you work out what to ask for.

What to put in your email so we can reply straight away

  1. collection address (town and postcode is enough) and the supplier’s name,
  2. delivery place in the Czech Republic and how it will be unloaded (dock, forklift, tail lift),
  3. number and size of pallets, height and total weight,
  4. whether the goods can be stacked,
  5. the date the goods are ready and any latest delivery date,
  6. the delivery term from your order (e.g. EXW, FCA), if you know it.

If you don’t have one of these, send the request anyway. We will ask, or get in touch with your supplier directly.

Languages

We deal with you in English, German, Czech or Slovak, and with your supplier and their warehouse in English or German. We can send collection instructions to the supplier ourselves.
