Freight price calculator for imports from Spain, Portugal, France and Italy

Before you fill it in

Have your supplier’s order confirmation or proforma invoice to hand. It usually shows the collection address, the number of units and often the weight. Ask the supplier for anything missing, or estimate it and say in the notes field that it is an estimate.

From and to – town and postcode for collection and delivery.
How much – number and size of pallets (Euro pallet 120 × 80 cm, industrial pallet 120 × 100 cm), or loading metres.
How heavy and how tall – total weight and the height of the tallest pallet.
From when – the day the goods will be ready at the supplier.

Choose “Not sure – pick a suitable vehicle for me”. Based on quantity and weight, we will propose groupage, a part load or a full truck. If the goods need temperature control or unloading with a tail lift, please mention it in the notes.

A dispatcher picks up the request directly, finds out which truck is available on that route for your date, and emails you a quote with price and collection day. You confirm by replying to that email; we then arrange the collection with your supplier ourselves.
